CONSTRUCTION UPDATES

The municipal complex, which includes the library and Community Center, and the Public Safety building are scheduled for roof replacements starting the week of April 24. The entire project, consisting of two phases, is expected to take up to 14 days to complete.

The first phase will commence the week of April 24 at the municipal complex. The north parking lot will be closed during this phase for staging and contractor access. In addition to the parking lot being closed, lower-level building access from the north parking lot and the boardwalk will be restricted.

Upon completion at the municipal complex, the second phase will commence at the Public Safety building. Access will be restricted in front of the wash bay and the existing three parking spaces at the lower access drive will be unavailable to allow for staging and contractor access while still allowing for two-way traffic access to the lower-level garage.
