2026 Pavilion Rental Update

Again for 2026,  the new pavilions that were constructed as part of the playground replacement process at Lakeside Elementary, Breton Downs Elementary and Wealthy Elementary will be available for reservation to hold small community gatherings and parties this year. Each pavilion is similar in size with seating for approximately 30 people, and each location does offer different play amenities.  Please click on the link below to be redirected to the rental page that includes more information about each site. 

Pavilion Rentals for Manhattan Park and the Elementary School sites will begin on February 1, 2026 at 9am for the 2026 season. 

Pavilion rentals will be allowed April  through October .  Pavilions will be available to reserve on Saturday and Sunday when school is in session, and when school is out of session, the pavilions will be available for reservation every day of the week. 



Block Rental Time Slots: (10:00 am to 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm)

Weekday; Mon.-Thur. Resident $69

($10 additional for N. Resident or Organization)

Weekend; Fri.-Sun./Holidays Resident $84

No alcohol allowed in city parks.


Elementary School Pavilion FAQ

Can bounce houses/inflatables be set up?  No inflatables or carnival type activities are allowed, including dunk tanks.

Is there electric access on site?  There is no electrical access for the pavilion.

Is there water access on site?  There is no public water access on site.  All required water must be brought on site by the renter.

Grilling- No grilling or cooking is allowed on site.  All food must be premade.  

Fireworks: All fireworks are prohibited on site.  

Sound systems- Battery powered speaker systems are allowed provided local noise ordinances are adhered to.  If use of a speaker system is disrupting any activities taking place within the school, the City and EGRPS reserve the right to require the use be discontinued. 

Alcohol- No alcohol is allowed on site. 

Vehicle access- Vehicle access is limited to designated parking lots.  No vehicle access is allowed on grass areas, the playground or to the pavilion. 

Smoking: No smoking or vaping is allowed on EGRPS property.
