About Facility Rentals

The Parks and Recreation Department offers several indoor and outdoor facilities which can be reserved by the general public. However, if you are interested in reserving East Grand Rapids School facilities, please contact the East Grand Rapids School District (listed below). The various rental rates are different for residents, non-residents, and organizations.

Residents

Residents are individuals who reside in the City of East Grand Rapids. Grand Rapids Township residents, who pay East Grand Rapids school taxes and not city taxes, are considered non-residents. When registering for programs or renting facilities, primary residence address determines residency. If you are renting facilities on behalf of an organization you will be charged the organization rental rate.
