  2. City Commission applicants must pick up an information packet at the Clerk’s Office, 750 Lakeside Drive SE, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. The packet includes an affidavit of identity and petition forms to collect signatures. Applicants must collect 26-50 valid signatures and return all forms to the Clerk’s Office by 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 22.
